Blade – Trailer Truck Mounted Attenuator (MASH)

The BLADE – Trailer Truck Mounted Attenuator (MASH) is designed as an energy-absorbing trailer affixed to the rear of a truck, also referred to as a truck-mounted crash cushion or utility vehicle.

When attached to a truck, the frame assembly collapses upon impact from an errant vehicle. The Verdegro BLADE-TTMA (MASH) ensures quick and effortless attachment/detachment using a jockey wheel mechanism.

Full-scale crash tested and approved according to MASH 2016 TL-3 (3-50, 3-51, 3-52, 3-53, and optional 3-54).
Standard operation from truck with 15-meter wired cabin controller.
Equipped with a 175 Amps plug for powering the entire system from vehicle 12Vdc or 24Vdc.
Includes 4 electric actuators, 4 electric gearbox motors, and LED driving lights.
Fully automated retractable version.
Galvanized steel structure.
Aluminum crash cushion can be painted in any desired RAL color(s).
